- They require the original boxes intact
- Remember to include original packing
material, manuals and all accessories

- You are responsible for pre paying the
shipment to the manufacturer. [Returned
insured freight is the responsibility of
the buyer] We will not accept freight
collect shipments
- REMEMBER TO TAG THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX

- No refunds for orders returned after
30 days or not in saleable condition

Defective:

three (3) days to contact us for an RMA

Shipping errors:

item shipment, we ask that you ship the item
back to us and we will exchange the product or

Shipment refusal:

for shipping and a 25% restocking fee
